Jesus said to them: "It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:7-8)
We see a threefold strategy for connecting with the world: 1) Jerusalem or connecting where you are; 2) Judea and Samaria or connecting in your surrounding areas; 3) to the ends of the earth or connecting throughout the world.
OUR THREEFOLD STRATEGY:
OUR JERUSALEM: To connect with those in our home town we have established "Guest Service" teams. These teams minister to those who visit our fellowship on Sunday morning. The Guest Service teams include greeters, ushers, etc. Please click on Guest Service to find out more info on these teams.
OUR JUDEA AND SAMARIA: To connect with those in NWA, we have Community Groups. These Groups meet on campus and in homes. One of our goals is to connect with and invite friends and acquaintances to the Group and to our weekend Celebrations. Additionally, our Groups have special projects that reach out to our community and a list of non-profit agencies we desire to impact. OUR ENDS OF THE EARTH: To connect with people around the world, we take several mission trips a year. We also partner with missionaries serving in countries the world over. Please click on world for information on upcoming mission trips and missions to get to know the missionaries we support.
We are connecting with others by serving our Fellowship, NWA, and the World for Jesus.
